Our highly skilled project managers and supervisors apply their knowledge, experience, tools and techniques to a broad range of tasks in order to meet the requirements of each project. These tasks include initiation, planning, execution, control and closing and are managed through a punch list. Our management team works closely with the owners in the following areas: supervision, purchasing, permitting, scheduling and logistics.

The object of this program is to fulfill our customer’s needs and give each project our personal attention before, during and after the project is completed. A member of our management team will contact our clients and offer a no charge walk-through of our newly renovated projects within seven months of completion to discuss any concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.
General Contractor Licenses
LAND-RON, INC. Currently holds more than 35 Certified General contractor licenses/permits and has the capability to work and perform at the highest level in the Continental Unites States of America, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
